• Cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance

• No-show appointments may incur a fee

When we assist with insurance claims:

• Final approval and payment are between you and your insurance company

• You remain responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance

We cannot guarantee insurance coverage or claim approval.

• Following recommended curing times

• Scheduling required ADAS calibration

• Notifying us immediately of any concerns
